. Dr. Anthony Ngo, DO is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician. He graduated from the Nova Southeastern School of Medicine with the highest honors in 2007. Dr. Ngo did his residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica, New York in 2008.\u00a0<\/p>

. He completed his family medicine residency training at St. Petersburg General Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2010.<\/p>

. Dr. Ngo was affiliated with Morton Plant Hospital, Largo Medical Center, North side Hospital, St. Petersburg General Hospital and currently working at SandBay Primary + Urgent Care, serving the Tampa Bay area for more than 15 years.<\/p>

Dr. Gilberto Alvarez is bilingual (English & Spanish) and specializes in patient-centered care, clinical research, and improving healthcare access for underserved communities. He has over 15 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, hospice medicine, and skilled nursing facility leadership. He serves as both Principal Investigator and Investigator in numerous Phase II and III clinical trials, including studies focused on diabetes, neuropathy, Parkinson\u2019s disease, Alzheimer\u2019s disease, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, weight loss, and vaccine development.<\/div>\n

Dr. Alvarez builds excellent rapport with every patient under his care. His attentiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for patients is one-of-a-kind. In part, Dr. Alvarez learned a love for medicine from his father who is also a <\/div>

Dr. Bernard Philippe, MD<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr Bernard Philippe is a devoted primary care physician who worked at the professional healthcare of Pinellas located in Saint Petersburg Florida for about 9 years. He has been providing excellent medical care in the community as an internal medicine general practitioner. Dr. Philippe completed his Bachelor degree in Biological Science at Rutgers University, <\/span>Newark New Jersey, Newark College of Art and Science. He then proceeded to obtain his medical degree at the American University of Antigua College of Medicine, an American University located in the beautiful Island of Antigua.<\/span><\/p>\n

. His medical clerkship was completed at the following hospitals:  New York; Wyckoff Height Hospital, Richmond University Hospital, Long Beach Medical Center, Saint John Episcopal Hospital and Peninsula Hospital. He completed his postgraduate Medical training at Hima San Pablo Medical Center\/ San Gerardo Hospital in San Juan , Puerto- Rico. Dr Philippe is a very compassionate and empathetic physician who provides quality care to his <\/span>patients and interacts respectfully with them. He has a passion for teaching too. While working at PHC, He routinely received Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner Students. He was also a Sub-Investigator in multiple clinical trials conducted at the research department of Professional Health Care of Pinellas. <\/span><\/p>\n
